Sija Rose George, also known as Sija Rose, is an Indian actress who mainly works in Malayalam and Tamil films and a few Kannada and Hindi films. She made her film acting debut with the Kannada movie Magadi in 2012. She debuted in Malayalam with the movie Ustad Hotel in 2012, starring Dulquer Salmaan, Thilakan, Nithya Menen, and Siddique. She debuted in Tamil with the movie Kozhi Koovuthu in 2012. She hosted the television reality show Lets Dance on Amrita TV in the year 2014. She participates in the reality show Star Challenge on Flowers TV. She debuted in Hindi with the movie Traffic in 2016.

She was born on 11 June 1992 (age 33 years) in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. She did her schooling at Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir, Muscat, Oman. She completed her graduation in Journalism.
