Siddique Mamathu, also known as Siddique, is an Indian actor and producer who works mainly in the Malayalam film industry and a few Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil films. He made his acting debut with the Malayalam movie Aa Neram Alppa Dooram in 1985. In 1988, he debuted in Hindi with the movie New Delhi and in Telugu with the movie Anthima Teerpu. He debuted in Tamil with the movie Subash in 1996. He got a break with the comedy Malayalam film In Harihar Nagar in 1990.

He appeared in over 350 Malayalam films. He is well known for his roles in Godfather (1991), Manthrikacheppu (1992), Kasargode Khadarbhai (1992), Thiruthalvaadi (1992), Mughamudra (1992), Kunukkitta Kozhi (1992), Welcome to Kodaikanal (1992), Simhavalan Menon (1995), Asuravamsam (1997), Lelam (1997), and Sathyameva Jayathe (2000).

He was born on 01 October 1962 (age 63 years) to Mamathu in Kochi, Kerala, India. His brother, Abdul Majeed, is also an actor. He married Seena. They have two sons, Shaheen, an actor, and Rasheen, who died in June 2024 due to a respiratory disorder, and a daughter, Farheen.
