Sunil Grover is an Indian actor and comedian who works in Hindi and Punjabi films and the television industry. He made his film acting debut with the Hindi film Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha in 1998, starring Ajay Devgn. He became famous for his role as Gutthi on the TV show Comedy Nights with Kapil, but he became even more famous for his roles as Dr. Mashoor Gulati, Rinku Devi, and Pidu on The Kapil Sharma Show. He also appeared in the movies The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002), Ghajini (2008), Gabbar Is Back (2015), Bharat (2019), Jawan (2023), and Blackout (2024).

He was born on 03 August 1977 (age 48 years) to J.N. Grover and Raj Rani Grover in Mandi Dabwali, Sirsa, Haryana, India. He did his master’s degree in theatre from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He married Aarti Grover. They have a son, Mohan Grover.
