Lijomol Jose is an Indian actress who mainly works in the Malayalam and Tamil film industries. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam movie Maheshinte Prathikaaram in 2016, starring Fahadh Faasil and Aparna Balamurali. She debuted in Tamil with the movie Sivappu Manjal Pachai in 2019, starring Siddharth, G. V. Prakash Kumar, and Kashmira Pardeshi, for which she won the Ananda Vikatan Awards and Zee Cine Awards Tamil for Best Debut Actress.

Lijomol Jose won the Filmfare Awards South, JFW – Just For Women Movie Awards, Noida Film Festival, 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals, and Ananda Vikatan Cinema Awards for Best Actress -Tamil for the Tamil movie Jai Bhim (2022). She is also well known for her roles in Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan (2016), Premasoothram (2018), Theethum Nandrum (2021), and Ponman (2025).

She was born on 26 March 1992 (age 34 years) to Rajeev and Lisamma in Peermade, Idukki, Kerala, India. She has a sister, Liya. She studied at Mariagiri English Medium HSS, Peermade, Idukki. She did her higher studies at Amrita School of Arts, Kochi. She completed her Master of Library and Information Science from Pondicherry University. She married Arun Antony on 4 October 2021, in Wayanad, Kerala.
