Fantin Rio Raj, also known as Rio Raj, is an Indian video jockey and actor who mainly works in the Tamil film and television industry. He is the 2nd Runner-Up in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4. He made his TV series debut with the Tamil series Kana Kaanum Kaalangal – Kaloori Saalai (2011-2012). He debuted in film with the Tamil movie Sathriyan in 2017, starring Vikram Prabhu, Manjima Mohan, Kavin, and Aishwarya Dutta. He is well known for his roles in Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja (2019), Plan Panni Pannanum (2021), Joe (2023), and Sweetheart! (2025).

He was born on 17 February 1989 (age 37 years) in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. He studied at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Erode, Tamil Nadu. He graduated from Guru Ragavendra Polytechnic College, Veppoor, Gudiyattam, Netteri, Tamil Nadu. He married Sruthi Ravi. The couple has a daughter, Rithi.
