Urvashi Rautela is an Indian model and actress who mainly works in the Hindi and Telugu film industries. She also appeared in Kannada and Tamil films. She began her modelling career at the age of 15 and also won the title of Miss Teen India 2009. She gained prominence after winning the title of Miss Diva- Miss Universe India 2015, and representing India at Miss Universe 2015. She made her film acting debut with the Hindi movie Singh Saab the Great in 2013, starring Sunny Deol.

She debuted in Kannada with the movie Mr. Airavata in 2015. She debuted in Tamil with the movie The Legend in 2022. She debuted in Telugu with the movie Waltair Veerayya in 2023. She is well known for her roles in Sanam Re (2016), Great Grand Masti (2016), Hate Story 4 (2018), Pagalpanti (2019), and Daaku Maharaaj (2025).

She was born on 25 February 1994 (age 32 years) in a Garhwali Rajput family to Manwar Singh Rautela and Meera Rautela in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, India. She has a brother named Yashraj Rautela. She studied at St. Joseph’s Convent School, Kotdwar. She graduated from Gargi College, Delhi.
