VJ Ramya, also known as Ramya Subramanian, is an Indian television host and actress who mainly works in the Tamil entertainment industry. She participated in the Miss Chennai competition in 2004. She made her Tamil debut with the movie Mozhi in 2007, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jyothika, and Prakash Raj. Ramya Subramanian hosts television shows, including Kalakkapovadhu Yaaru?, Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhudeva?, Namma Veetu Kalyanam, and Kedi Boys Killadi Girls on Star Vijay. She is a health coach. She is the founder and CEO of ROOT 360, a wellness studio.

She was born on 30 July 1986 (age 39 years) in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. She did her schooling at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and Adarsh Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She completed her BSc in Visual Communication from M.O.P.
