Poornima Indrajith is an Indian actress who works in the Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam entertainment industries. She made her acting debut as a Child artist with the movie Onnu Muthal Poojaym Vare in 1986. She made her Tamil movie debut with the movie Kadhalukku Mariyadhai in 1997. She made her lead movie debut with the movie Varnakkazhchakal in 2000. She is well known for her roles in Valliettan (2000), Meghamalhar (2001), Randam Bhavam (2001), Virus (2019), Thuramukham (2023), and Kaala Paani (2023).

She was born on 13 December 1978 (age 47 years) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Her father Mohan is a practicing lawyer, and her mother Shanthi runs a dance school. She has a sister, Priya Mohan, who is an actress. She is married to actor Indrajith Sukumaran. She has two daughters, Prarthana Indrajith, a singer, and Nakshatra Indrajith. She is the daughter-in-law of the late Sukumaran and Mallika Sukumaran. Prithviraj Sukumaran is her brother-in-law.
