Lavanya Tripathi Konidela, also known as Lavanya Tripathi, is an Indian model and actress who works in the Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil entertainment industries. She began her career as a model and was the 2006 Femina Miss Uttarakhand winner. She made her acting debut with the Hindi television show Pyaar Ka Bandhan in 2009. In 2012, she made her movie debut with the Telugu movie Andala Rakshasi, in which she won the CineMAA Award for Best Female Debut. She made her Tamil movie, with the movie Bramman, in 2014.

She is well known for her roles in Srirastu Subhamastu (2016), for which she received the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Telugu nomination, Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), Arjun Suravaram (2019), and A1 Express (2021). She made her web debut with the Telugu series, Puli Meka (2023).

She was born on 15 December 1990 (age 35 years) to Ratan Tiwari, a lawyer practicing in the High Court, and Kiran Bala Tiwari, a retired teacher in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, and grew up in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Shivani Tripathi and Sidharth Ratan Tripathi are her siblings. She did her schooling at Marshall School, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She completes Graduated in Economics from Rishi Dayaram National College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She met actor Varun Tej on the sets of their film Mister (2017) and eventually started dating him. They got engaged on 9 June 2023 in Hyderabad. She married Varun Tej in a traditional ceremony on 1 November 2023 in Tuscany, Italy. After marriage, she changed her name to Lavanya Tripathi Konidela.
