Niharika Konidela is an Indian actress and producer who appears in the Telugu and Tamil entertainment industry. She is the daughter of actor and producer Nagendra Babu and the sister of actor Varun Tej. She hosted Dhee Junior on ETV Network before pursuing a career as an actress. In 2015, Konidela launched her film production company, Pink Elephant Pictures. She made her acting debut with the Telugu movie Oka Manasu in 2016. She acted and also produced the Telugu web series Muddapappu Avakai in 2016.

She debuted in Tamil with the movie Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren in 2018. She is well known for her roles in Happy Wedding (2018), Suryakantham (2019), and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy (2019).

She was born on 18 December 1993 (age 32 years) to actor and producer Nagendra Babu and Padmaja Konidela in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Actor Varun Tej is her brother. She is the niece of actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. Her cousins, Ram Charan, Sai Dharam Tej, Vaisshnav Tej, and Allu Arjun are also actors in Telugu cinema. She graduated from St Mary’s College, Hyderabad, Telangana. She married Chaitanya Jonnalagadda on 9 December 2020. The couple announced their divorce on 5 July 2023.
