Sai Kamakshi Bhaskarla, also known as Kamakshi Bhaskarla, is an indian doctor, model, and actress who mainly works in the Telugu film industry. She began her career as a model, winning the title of Femina Miss India Telangana 2018. She also participated in the 2018 Miss India competition and reached the finals. She made her film acting debut with the Telugu movie Priyuraalu in 2021. Her breakthrough roles were in Maa Oori Polimera (2021) and its follow-up, Maa Oori Polimera 2 (2023), for which she won the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival 2024 Best Actress Jury Award. She also appeared in the TV series Jhansi (2022), Shaitan (2023), and Dhootha (2023).

She was born on 18 June 1995 (age 30 years) in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India. She studied at Brilliant Grammar High School, Hyderabad, Telangana. She completed her MBBS from Guangxi Medical University, Guangxi, China.
