Preethi Asrani is an Indian actress who works in the Telugu and Tamil television and film industries. She made her acting debut at the age of sixteen in the short film Fidaa, playing a blind girl. Her first television appearance was on the Telugu TV serial Pakkinti Ammayi. In 2018, she debuted in Tamil television with Sun TV’s Minnale and played the lead role in the serial.

She debuted in Telugu as a lead actress in the movie Pressure Cooker in 2020. She debuted in Tamil with the movie Ayothi in 2023, for which she won the Ananda Vikatan Best Actress – Tamil and SIIMA Awards for Best Debut Actress – Tamil. She also appears in the movies A (Ad Infinitum) (2021) and Yashoda (2022) and the TV series 9 Hours (2022) and Vyooham (2023).

She was born on 07 September 1999 (age 26 years) to Shyam Kumar Asrani and Komal Asrani in Gujarat, India. She relocated to Hyderabad, Telangana, to pursue a career in film. She graduated from St. Ann’s College For Women, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana. Anju Asrani, her cousin, is an actress.
