Sriya Reddy is an Indian actress best known for her work in Tamil-language movies. She has also worked as a VJ and an anchor. She made her debut in Tamil movie Samurai in 2002. In 2003 she made her debut in the Telugu movie Appudappudu. In the Malayalam movie industry, she debuted in Black in 2004.
She was born on 28 November 1983 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India to Bharath Reddy, an Indian cricketer. She attended Good Shepherd School for her formal education before enrolling in Ethiraj College Chennai. Before pursuing an acting profession, she was a productive VJ at SS Music.
