Saraswathi Menon, also known as Saras Menon, is an Indian actress who mainly works in the Tamil film and television industry. She also works in the Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam entertainment industries. She is the daughter of filmmaker Rajiv Menon. She started her career as an assistant director with the Hindi movie Padmaavat in 2018. She made her acting debut with the Tamil TV series Navarasa in 2021. She debuted in film with the Tamil movie Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee in 2022.

She made her debut in Telugu with the movie Asvins in 2023, starring Vasanth Ravi. She debuted in Malayalam with the movie Sookshmadarshini in 2024, starring Nazriya Nazim, Basil Joseph, Akhila Bhargavan, Pooja Mohanraj, and Merin Philip. She also appeared in the Hindi TV series The Adventures Of Lleo (2023) and MitronPolitan (2025).

She was born on 16 April to filmmaker Rajiv Menon and Latha Menon in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She has a sister named Lakshmi Menon. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies and English Literature from the University of East Anglia.
