Pooja Mohanraj is an Indian film and theatre actress who primarily works in the Malayalam film industry. She made her movie acting debut in the Malayalam movie One in 2019. She also appears in Cold Case (2021), Freedom Fight (2022), Romancham (2023), Iratta (2023), Aavesham (2024), and Sookshma Darshini (2024).

She was born on 04 October 1992 (age 33 years) in Pondicherry, India, to K Mohanraj, a mechanical engineer, and Usha Mohanraj. Kavitha Nambiar is her only sister. She did her schooling in Bhavan’s Adarsha Vidyalaya, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. She did her higher studies at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi, and Intercultural Theatre Institute, Singapore. She completed her Master’s in Theatre Arts from the School of Drama & Fine Arts, Thrissur, Kerala.
