Chitrangada Singh is an Indian film producer and actress who works primarily in the Hindi film industry. She also appeared in a Tamil film. She made her film acting debut with the Hindi movie Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi in 2005, for which she won the Bollywood Movie Award for Best Female Debut. She debuted in Tamil with the movie Anjaan in 2014, starring Suriya. Chitrangada Singh is well known for her roles in Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011), Desi Boyz (2011), I, Me Aur Main (2013), Baazaar (2018), Bob Biswas (2021), and Gaslight (2023). She turned producer with the Hindi sports drama Soorma (2018). She also appeared in the TV series Modern Love Mumbai (2022) and Khakee: The Bengal Chapter (2025).

She was born on 30 August 1975 (age 50 years) in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Her father is Col. Niranjan Singh, an ex-Indian Army officer. She has a sister, Tina Singh, and a brother, Digvijay Singh, who is a golfer. She studied at Sophia Girls’ School, Meerut. She completed her graduation in Home Science from Lady Irwin College, New Delhi. She married golfer Jyoti Randhawa in 2001. They have a son, Zorawar, born in 2008. The couple got separated in 2013 and were formally divorced in April 2015.
