Shruthy Menon is an Indian host, model, and actress who mainly appears in Malayalam and a few English, Marathi, and Hindi films. She made her film acting debut with the Malayalam movie Sancharram in 2004. She debuted in English with the movie Lost & Found in 2014 and in Marathi with the movie Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani? in 2015. She won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress – Malayalam for the Malayalam movie Kismath (2016), co-starring Shane Nigam. She debuted in Hindi with the movie Maidaan in 2024, starring Ajay Devgn and Priyamani. She also appeared in the Hindi TV series Ray (2021) on Netflix and Shehar Lakhot (2023) on Amazon Prime Video.

She was born on 20 April 1984 (age 42 years) to Malayali parents Sreevalsan Unni Menon and Shashi Menon in Delhi, India. She married Sahil Timbadia.
