Prakash Varma is an Indian actor and filmmaker known for directing and producing advertisement campaigns. He has directed commercials for Vodafone featuring the ZooZoos, Incredible India, Cadbury, and the Indian Railways. He made his feature film acting debut with the Malayalam movie Thudarum in 2025, starring Mohanlal and Shobana. He co-founded Nirvana Films, a Bangalore-based production company, for which he has directed commercials for Kit Kat, Bisleri, Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPhone, PhonePe, and UltraTech Cement. He has directed advertisements for Kerala Tourism and Dubai Tourism along with Shah Rukh Khan.

He was born in 1973 (age 53 years) to Raveendranath Varma in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. He has four brothers. He is a nephew of Malayalam film actor Jagannatha Varma. He graduated from Sanatana Dharma College, Alappuzha. He married Sneha Iype. The couple has twin sons.
