Parul Gulati is an Indian entrepreneur, model, and actress who works in the Hindi and Punjabi film and television industry. She also appeared in a Telugu film. She is the CEO and founder of hair extensions brand ‘Nish Hair’. She made her TV serial acting debut in 2010 with the serial Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam, in which she played the role of Bittan, the younger sister of Leher, played by Bollywood actress Yami Gautam. She made her film acting debut with the Punjabi film Burraahh in 2013.

She debuted in Telugu with the movie Nee Jathaleka in 2016. She debuted in Hindi with the movie Silence 2: The Night Owl Bar Shootout in 2024. Then she appeared in the Hindi films Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 (2025) and Tu Yaa Main (2026). She also appeared in the TV series Haq Se (2018), Girls Hostel (2018–2022), Hey Prabhu! (2019–2021), The Raikar Case (2020), Illegal – Justice, Out of Order (2020), Your Honor (2020), and Made in Heaven (season 2) (2023).
