Nitha Promy is an Indian actress who mainly works in the Malayalam film and television industry. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam movie Matinee in 2012. She debuted her TV serial with the Zee Keralam serial Anuraga Ganam Pole in 2023. She also appears in Cold Case (2021), Varaal (2022), and Turkish Tharkkam (2024).

She was born on 23 February 1980 (age 46 years) in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. She studied at Sobhana English Medium High School, Kothamangalam, Kerala. She completed her Master of Science in Information Technology at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Hosur, Tamil Nadu. She has a sister named Nisha. She married Promy Kuriakose, and they have two sons, Ronith and Richard.
