Namita Krishnamurthy is an Indian actress who mainly works in the Tamil film and television industry. She also appeared in a few Malayalam films. She made her acting debut with the Tamil TV series America Mappillai in 2018 on Zee5. She made her film acting debut with the Tamil film Theeviram in 2020. She debuted in Malayalam with the movie Thirike in 2021, starring George Kora. She also appeared in TV series Triples (2020), November Story (2021), Anantham (2022), and Fall (2022).

She was born in 1995 (age 31 years) in Thodupuzha, Idukki, Kerala, India. Her father’s name is Krishnamurthy. She studied at Vimala Public School, Thodupuzha. She graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology–Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
