Girija Oak is an Indian actress who works in the Hindi and Marathi film and television industry. She is the daughter of Marathi actor Girish Oak. She made her acting debut with the Marathi film Manini in 2004. She debuted in Hindi with the 2007 movie Taare Zameen Par, starring Darsheel Safary and Aamir Khan. She made her TV series debut with the Hindi series CID in 2009. She is well known for her roles in Taare Zameen Par (2007), Shor in the City (2010), and Jawan (2023).

She was born on 27 December 1987 (age 38 years) to actor Girish Oak and Padmashree Phatak in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. She completed her degree in biotechnology from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai. She married film producer Suhrud Godbole, son of Marathi film actor, dialogue writer, and film producer Shrirang Godbole.
