Asha Negi is an Indian actress primarily working in the Hindi television industry. She also appeared in a few Hindi films. In 2009, she was crowned Miss Uttarakhand 2009. She made her TV serial acting debut with the Hindi serial Sapnon Se Bhare Naina in 2010. In 2013, she won the dance reality show Nach Baliye 6. She is well known for playing Purvi Deshmukh Dutt/Kirloskar in Zee TV’s soap opera Pavitra Rishta and Gauravi Karmarkar in Alt Balaji’s web series Baarish. She is also known for her participation in the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 6.

She made her film debut with the 2020 Hindi movie Ludo. She also starred in the film Collar Bomb (2021). She also appeared in the TV Series Industry (2024), Honeymoon Photographer (2024), and Criminal Justice: A Family Matter (2025).

She was born on 23 August 1989 (age 36 years) to L.S. Negi and Beena Negi in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She has a sister, Geeta Negi. She studied at St. Mary’s Secondary School, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from D.A.V. College, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She began a relationship with her Pavitra Rishta co-star Rithvik Dhanjani in 2013. They later broke up in 2020 after 7 years of dating.
