Anu Sithara is an Indian dancer and actress who mainly works in Malayalam films and a few Tamil films. She is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She is the sister of singer and actress Anu Sonara. She made her film acting debut with the Malayalam movie Pottas Bomb in 2013. Then she appeared in the Malayalam movies Oru Indian Pranayakadha (2013), Anarkali (2015), Happy Wedding (2016), Campus Diary (2016), and Marupadi (2016). In 2017, she played a lead role with Kunchacko Boban in the film Ramante Edanthottam. She debuted in Tamil with the movie Podhu Nalan Karudhi in 2019, starring Santhosh.

She was born on 21 August 1995 (age 30 years) to Abdul Salam and Renuka Salam in Wayanad, Kerala, India. She has a sister, Anu Sonara, who is a singer and actress. She studied at SKMJ Higher Secondary School, Kalpetta. She completed her degree in B.Com from WMO Arts and Science College, Kalpetta. She learned classical dance from Kerala Kalamandalam. She married her boyfriend, Vishnu Prasad, in 2015.
