Chinchu Mathew, better known by her stage name Ameya Mathew, is an Indian actress who works in the Malayalam and Tamil film industry. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam movie Aadu – Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu 2 in 2017. Her most well-known role was in the Malayalam web series Karikku. She made her Tamil movie debut with the movie Ratham in 2023. She also appears in The Priest (2021), Thimiram (2021), and Abhirami (2024).
She was born on 02 June 1993 (age 32 years) to K.K Mathew and Suja S Thampi in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. She completes her Master’s in English Literature from Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She married Kiran.
