Manchu Vishnu Vardhan Babu, also known as Vishnu Manchu, is an Indian actor and film producer who works in the Telugu film and television industries. He made his acting debut as a child artist with the Telugu movie Ragile Gundelu in 1985. As an adult, he made his debut with the Telugu movie Vishnu in 2003. He is the co-owner of the film production house 24 Frames Factory. He is the founder and chairman of New York Academy, a school in Hyderabad for which his wife, Viranica, is the director and his father, Mohan Babu, is the chairman.

Vishnu Manchu is also the chairman of Spring Board Academy and Spring Board International Preschools, which have more than 75 branches spread across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. He is the pro-chancellor of Mohan Babu University in Tirupati, established in 2022 by his father, Mohan Babu. In 2007, he starred in the Telugu comedy film Dhee, which became a hit, establishing his career in Telugu cinema. He is one of the sponsors of the Celebrity Cricket League Telugu Warriors.

He was born on 23 November 1981 (age 44 years) to an actor, Mohan Babu, and Vidya Devi in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Actor Manchu Manoj is his half-brother, and actress Lakshmi Manchu is his sister. He studied at Padmaseshadri Bala Bhavan School. He graduated from Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College. He married Viranica Reddy in 2009. In 2011, they had twin daughters. In January 2018, they had a son, and in August 2019, they had a daughter.
