T. V. Ramesh, professionally known as Ramesh Pisharody, is an Indian stand-up comedian, television presenter, actor, and film director who mainly works in the Malayalam entertainment industry. He is known for his observational comedy. His first release was Nasrani (2007), in which he played a minor role. He made his television debut in 2000 in an Onam-special program with Salim Kumar on Asianet. He made his film acting debut with the Malayalam movie Positive in 2008. His first leading role was in the comedy film Kappal Muthalaali (2009). He made his directional debut with the Malayalam movie Panchavarnathatha in 2018, starring Jayaram and Kunchacko Boban. Then, he directed Ganagandharvan with Mammootty.

He was born on 01 October 1981 (age 44 years) in Kuthanur, Alathur, Palakkad, Kerala, India. He did his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Velloor, Kottayam, and Rev. Fr. Gmvhss Karikode, Peruva, Kottayam. He completed his Graduation in politics from Devaswom Board College, Thalayolaparambu. He married Soumya, and the couple has three children.
