Nafeez Kizar, also known as Arav (Aarav Kizar), is a model and Indian actor who mainly works in the Tamil film industry. He made his film acting debut with the Tamil movie O Kadhal Kanmani (2015), starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen. Then he appeared in the Tamil movie Saithan in 2016. He is the winner of the Tamil reality television show Bigg Boss Tamil Season 1 (2017). He is well known for his roles in Market Raja MBBS (2019), Maruthi Nagar Police Station (2023), and Rajabheema (2025).

He was born on 31 October 1988 (age 37 years) in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India. His father worked as a professor at Trichy Government Law College. He did his schooling at Kamala Niketan Montessori School, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Chennai. He married actress Raahei in September 2020. They have a son, born in November 2021, and a daughter born in October 2023.
