Praveena, also known as Praveena Lalithabhai, is an Indian dubbing artist and actress who predominantly works in the Malayalam film and television industry. She also appeared in the Tamil film and TV series, and a few Telugu films. She made her film acting debut with the Malayalam movie as a child artist with movie Gauri in 1992. She debuted in a TV serial with the Malayalam series Ninavukal Novukal in 1999 on DD Malayalam. She debuted in a Tamil TV serial with the series Namma Kudumbam in 2008 on Kalaignar TV.

Vetrivel (2016) was her Tamil movie debut. She debuted in Telugu with the movie Bheeshma in 2020, starring Nithiin and Rashmika Mandanna. She also appeared in the Telugu TV series Parampara on Hotstar.

She was born on 11 April 1978 (age 48 years) to N. Ramachandran Pillai, a retired college professor, and P. N. Lalithabai in Changanassery, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She has an elder brother, Pramod Ramachandran, who works as a software engineer in the United States. She married Pramod, who is a businessperson in Kerala. The couple has a daughter named Gowri Pramod.
