Vidya (Vidhya) Pradeep (Dr. Vidya Pradeep) is an Indian actress who works in the Tamil, Malayalam, and Kanada film industries. She is also a scientist working in the United States. She made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Aval Peyar Thamizharasi in 2010. She came to the Malayalam film industry with the movie Proprietors: Kammath & Kammath in 2013. She made her Kannada movie debut with the movie Bangara s/o Bangarada Manushy in 2017. She is well known for her roles in Saivam (2014), Pasanga 2 (2015), and Thadam (2019).

She was born on 13 April 1990 (age 36 years) in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. She completed her Master of Science degree in Biotechnology and completed her Ph.D. in Stem Cell Biology at an eye hospital in Chennai.
