Regina Cassandra

Regina Cassandra (Regena Cassandrra) is an Indian actress who has worked in the Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi film industries. She won the South Indian International Movie Award and the CineMAA Award. She made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Kanda Naal Mudhal in 2005 and her debut in the Kannada movie industry with the movie Suryakaanti in 2010. She made her Telugu film debut with Siva Manasulo Sruthi (2012), for which she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut—Telugu. She made her Hindi film debut with Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga in 2019.

She is known for her roles in Routine Love Story (2010), Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga (2013), Power (2014), Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham (2014), Subramanyam for Sale (2015), Jyo Achyutananda (2016), Maanagaram (2017), Awe (2018), Evaru (2019). She also starred in the series Rocket Boys (2022), for which she received a Filmfare OTT Best Supporting Actor – Female nomination.

She was born on 13 December 1990 (age 35 years) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Women’s Christian College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Then, she completes a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
