Priya Anand is an Indian actress who works in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada film and television industries. She made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Vaamanan in 2009. She made her Telugu movie debut in 2010 with the movie Leader. In 2012, she made her Hindi movie debut with the movie English Vinglish, for which she was Nominated for the Zee Cine Award and Star Guild Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. She came to the Malayalam film industry with the movie Ezra in 2017. She made her Kannada movie debut with the movie Raajakumara in 2017. She made her TV series debut with the Hindi series A Simple Murder aired on SonyLIV in 2020.
She was born on 17 September 1986 (age 37 years) to Bharadwaj Anand and Radha Anand in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She completes her Graduate in Communications and Journalism at the State University of New York, Albany, New York.
