Nikhila Vimal is an Indian actress who works in the Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu film industries. She made her acting debut as a child artist with the Malayalam movie Bhagyadevatha in 2009. She made her adult debut in a Malayalam movie, with the movie Love 24×7, in 2015. She made her Tamil movie debut with the movie Vetrivel in 2016. She made her Telugu movie debut in 2017 with the movie Meda Meeda Abbayi in 2017. She is well known for her roles in Kidaari (2016), Aravindante Athidhikal (2018), Njan Prakashan (2018), Mera Naam Shaji (2019), Oru Yamandan Premakadha (2019), Thambi (2019), Anjaam Pathiraa (2020), The Priest (2021), Madhuram (2021), Jo and Jo (2022), Kotthu (2022), Ayalvaashi (2023), Por Thozhil (2023), and Journey of Love 18+ (2023).

She was born on 09 March 1994 (age 32 years) in Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala, India, to M. R. Pavithran, who retired from the statistical department, and Kalamandalam Vimaladevi, a dancer. She has an elder sister, Akhila Vimal. She attended youth festivals while studying Bharata Natyam, Kuchipudi, Kerala Natanam, and Monoact. She completes her B.Sc. Botany from Sir Syed College, Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala.
