Neeta Pillai is an Indian model, dancer, and actress who works in the Malayalam film industry. She made her acting debut with the movie Poomaram with Kalidas Jayaram in 2018. From this movie, she won the Asianet Film Awards for Best New Face of the Year (Female) for her role. She was also nominated for the 8th South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) for Best Debut Actress (Malayalam). In 2020, she played the lead role of a martial arts expert in Abrid Shine‘s The Kung Fu Master. She has trained for a year to do action scenes in this film. She also won the second runner-up title in the Miss Bollywood beauty pageant in Houston in 2015.
She was born on 11 August 1989 (age 34 years) to Vijayan P.N and Manjula D. Nair in Thodupuzha, Idukki, Kerala, India. She did her master’s in Petroleum engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, United States. She is a trained classical musician and dancer.
