Nadiya Moidu

Zareena Moidu, known by her stage name Nadiya Moidu (Nadhiya, Nadia), is an Indian actress who works in the Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu entertainment industries. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam movie Nokketha Doorathu Kannum Nattu in 1984, for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Malayalam. She made her Tamil movie debut with the movie Poove Poochudava in 1985. In 1988, she made her Telugu movie debut with the movie Bazaar Rowdy. She is well known for her roles in M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi (2004), Mirchi (2013), Attarintiki Daredi (2013), and Bheeshma Parvam (2022).

She was born on 24 October 1966 (age 59 years) to Malayali parents Moidu and Lalitha in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She did her schooling at The J.B Vachha High School for Parsi Girls, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her Degree in Media Management and B.A. in Communication Arts – Radio & Television.
