Aditi Shankar is a playback singer and actress from India who primarily appears in Tamil films. She made her acting debut with actor Karthi in the Tamil film Viruman (2022) directed by M. Muthaiah. She was honored as the Best Debut Actress for her portrayal of Theanmozhi in Viruman.
She was born on 06 July 1997 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She is the daughter of Indian director S. Shankar and her mother is Easwari Shankar. She has a younger brother named Arjith Shankar and an older sister named Aishwarya Shankar. She graduated from Sri Ramachandra University with a medical degree.
