Vishal Kudawla, known professionally as Vishnu Vishal, is an Indian film producer and actor who works in the Tamil film industry. He made his acting debut in 2009 with the Tamil movie Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, for which he won the Edison Award for Best Debut Actor. He started his career as a film producer with his movie Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran in 2016. He is well known for his roles in Neerparavai (2012), Indru Netru Naalai (2015), Raatchasan (2018), Kaadan (2021), and Gatta Kusthi (2022).
He was born on 17 July 1984 (age 41 years) in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, to Ramesh Kudawla, a high-ranking Tamil Nadu police officer, and Asha Kudawla. He has two siblings, Anchal and Rudra. He studied at Holy Cross Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. He completed his graduate degree in Master of Business Administration from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He was married to Rajini Natraj, daughter of the actor K. Natraj, on 2 December 2010 at Hotel Asiana in Chennai, and they have a son, Aryan. In November 2018, the couple divorced. In Hyderabad, he married badminton player Jwala Gutta on April 22, 2021.
