Vishnu Unnikrishnan is an Indian actor and screenwriter in the Malayalam film industry. He made his acting debut with the Malayalam movie Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum in 2003. He made his screenwriting debut in 2015, co-writing the screenplay for Nadirshah’s film Amar Akbar Anthony alongside Bibin George. He is well known for his roles in Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan (2016), Shikkari Shambhu (2018), Vikadakumaran (2018), Oru Yamandan Premakadha (2019), Children’s Park (2019), Krishnankutty Pani Thudangi (2021), Randu (2022), Kuri (2022), Sabaash Chandrabose (2022), Vedikkettu (2023), Kallanum Bhagavathiyum (2023), and Idiyan Chandhu (2024).
He was born on 11 March 1987 (age 39 years) to Unnikrishnan and Leela in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. He has two sisters, Lakshmi Priya and Reshmi. He studied at Darul Uloom Higher Secondary School, Ernakulam, Kerala. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, Kerala. He married Aiswarya. They have a son, Madhav.
