Vineeth Radhakrishnan, also known as Vineeth, is an Indian actor, Bharatanatyam dancer, voice artist, and choreographer who mainly works in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu films, and a few Hindi and Kannada films. He has won several awards, including 3 Kerala State Film Awards, the Kalaimamani honor from the Government of Tamil Nadu, and Filmfare Award South nominations. He made his acting debut with the Malayalam movie Idanilangal in 1985.

He debuted in Tamil with the movie Aavarampoo in 1992, for which he won the Best New Face award by the Film Fans Association in Tamil Nadu. He debuted in Telugu with the movie Sarigamalu in 1993. Daud: Fun on the Run (1997) was his Hindi debut, and Kanasalu Neene Manasalu Neene (1998) was his Kannada debut.

He was born on 23 August 1969 (age 56 years) to K. T. Radhakrishnan and P. K. Shanthakumari in Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala, India. He has a sister, Kavitha Dinesh. He studied at Good Shepherd International School, Ooty, Tamil Nadu, St Joseph’s Higher Secondary School, Thalassery, and Devagiri College, Kozhikode. He pursued a Bachelor of Commerce from The New College. He is the nephew of Ramachandran Nair, the husband of actress Padmini of the Travancore sisters. Actress Shobana is his cousin. He married Priscilla Menon in August 2004. The couple has a daughter, Avanthi, born in 2006.
