Kennedy John Victor, known professionally as Vikram (Chiyaan Vikram), is an Indian actor who mainly works in the Tamil film and television industry. He also works on a few Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi films. He made his acting debut with the TV serial Galatta Kudumbam in 1988. He made his film acting debut with the Tamil movie En Kadhal Kanmani in 1990. He debuted in Malayalam with the movie Dhruvam in 1993, starring Mammootty, Jayaram, and Suresh Gopi. He debuted in Telugu with the movie Akka Pettanam Chelleli Kapuram in 1993.

He debuted in Hindi with the movie Raavan in 2010. He won eight Filmfare Awards South, a National Film Award, four Tamil Nadu State Film Awards, and the Kalaimamani Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu. He is well known for his roles in Sethu (1999), Dhill (2001), Kasi (2001), Gemini (2002), Samurai (2002), Dhool (2003), Pithamagan (2003), Saamy (2003), Anniyan (2005), Raavanan (2010), Deiva Thirumagal (2011), I (2015), Iru Mugan (2016), Ponniyin Selvan: I (2022), and Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023).

He was born on 17 April 1966 (age 60 years) to Vinod Raj and Rajeshwari Raj in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has a brother, Arvind, and a sister, Anitha, who is a teacher. Actor and director Thiagarajan is his uncle. Actor Prashanth is his cousin. He studied at Montfort School, Yercaud, Tamil Nadu. He graduated from Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He married Shailaja Balakrishnan in 1992. The couple has a daughter, Akshita, born in 1993, and a son, Dhruv, born in 1997. His daughter married Manu Ranjith, the great-grandson of M. Karunanidhi, on 30 October 2017. His son Dhruv made his debut with Adithya Varma in 2019, which was the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Arjun Reddy.
