Binu Padmadalakshan, also known as Binu Pappu, is an actor and assistant director who mainly works in the Malayalam film industry. He is the son of actor Kuthiravattam Pappu. He made his acting debut with the Malayalam movie Gunda in 2014. He works as an assistant director with the director Aashiq Abu, Mathukutty Xavier, Tharun Moorthy, Lal Jose, Johnpaul George, Rosshan Andrrews, and Khalid Rahman. He is known for his roles in Helen (2019), One (2021), Operation Java (2021), and Bheemante Vazhi (2021).

He was born on 13 December 1982 (age 43 years) to actor Kuthiravattam Pappu and Padmini Pappu in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He studied at Presentation HSS, Chevayoor, Kozhikode, Kerala, and Shri Gujarathi Vidyalaya HSS, Kozhikode, Kerala. He did his pre-degree at Malabar Christian College, Kozhikode, Kerala. He got a BA in History from Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode, Kerala. He did his BA in Animation from Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics, Bengaluru. He married Ashita Alex.
