Lena Mohan Kumar, known by the stage name Lenaa, is an Indian author, scriptwriter, and actress who works in the Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi entertainment industries. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam movie Sneham in 1998. She made her Tamil movie debut with the movie Anegan in 2015. Airlift (2016) was her Hindi movie debut. In 2017, she made her Telugu movie debut with the movie Dr. Chakravarthy. Her first book as an author, The Autobiography of God, was released in 2023. Together with her endeavors as a transformation coach and motivational speaker, the book details her experiences and viewpoints on mental health.
She was born on 18 March 1981 (age 45 years) to Mohandas and Teena in Thrissur , Kerala , India . She did her schooling at Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, Thrissur, Kerala, and Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School, Thrissur, Kerala. She completed her Post-graduate in Clinical psychology. She married Abhilash Kumar in 2004, whom she divorced in 2013. On 27 February 2024, she married Group Captain Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair, an astronaut designated for the Gaganyaan mission to space.
