In 2010, she made her Tamil film debut with Veerasekaran. Bejawada was her Telugu movie debut, released in 2011. She made her Hindi movie debut with the movie Bholaa in 2023 as a Cameo appearance. She is well known for her roles in Deiva Tirumagal (2011), Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal (2012), Run Baby Run (2012), Naayak (2013), Oru Indian Pranayakadha (2013), Iddarammayilatho (2013), VIP (2014), Pasanga 2 (2015), Hebbuli (2017), Ratsasan (2018), and Aadujeevitham (2024).
She was born on 26 October 1991 (age 34 years) to Paul Varghese and Annice Paul in Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Actor Abhijeet Paul is her brother. She studied at Nirmala Higher Secondary School, Aluva, Kerala. She completed her B.A. degree in English at St. Teresa’s College, Kochi, Kerala. She married director A. L. Vijay on 12 June 2014. They divorced in 2017. She later married entrepreneur Jagat Desai in 2023. They have a son named Ilai born on 11th June 2024.
