Haritha G Nair is an Indian model and actress who works in the Malayalam film and television industry. She began her career as a staff nurse before transitioning to acting. She made her acting debut with her portrayal of Sreekutty in the Malayalam TV series Kasthooriman, aired on Asianet, for which she won the Asianet Television Awards Best New Face – Female. She made her movie debut with the Malayalam movie Carbon in 2018. She also appears in the movies Oru Pakka Naadan Premam (2022) and Neru (2023). She is well known for her roles in the television serials Unnimaya (2019), Thinkalkalamaan (2020), Shyamambaram (2023), and Snehapoorvam Shyama (2024).

She was born on 05 October 1999 (age 26 years) in Kottayam, Kerala, India. She has a brother named Harish G Nair. She studied at Aravinda Vidyamandiram School, Anickadu, and NSS High School, Kothala. She completed her Nursing from Smt. Narayani. D.R. Karigowda College of Nursing (NDRK), Hassan, Karnataka. She married film editor V. S. Vinayak on 10 November 2023.
