Alia Advani, known professionally as Kiara Advani, is an Indian actress who mainly works in the Hindi and Telugu film industry. She made her acting debut with the Hindi movie Fugly in 2014. She played MS Dhoni’s wife in the sports biopic movie M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016). She debuted in Telugu in 2018 with the film Bharat Ane Nenu, alongside Mahesh Babu, for which she won the Zee Cine Awards – Telugu Best Find of the Year – Female. She came to the Kannada film industry with the movie Toxic (2025).

She is well known for her roles in Lust Stories (2018), Kabir Singh (2019), Good Newwz (2019), Shershaah (2021), Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), Jugjugg Jeeyo (2022), and Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023).

She was born on 31 July 1991 (age 34 years) to Jagdeep Advani, a businessman, and Genevieve Jaffrey, a teacher in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She has a brother named Mishaal Advani. She studied at The Cathedral and John Connon Senior School, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She married actor Sidharth Malhotra on 7 February 2023 in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.
